IE: YOU (winner of auction / picture or logo displayed) are the biggest fan of PARIS HILTON. When you bid (your logo/picture) will be displayed if you are the highest bidder. When you will the auction. You will go in the Hall of fame section by TOPIC and by MONTH. IE: 1) Celebrities 2) PARIS Hilton 3) Month IE: The auction gives you the right to say for one month with a certificate that you are the following: IE: -------- is the biggest fan of --------- for the month and year of ------- During the auction: There will be pictures of the topics: IE: The famous celebrity (on the left), and then there will also be the picture of the member / logo of the company on the right that is the highest bidder. The higgest bidder always gets there picture / logo viewed at the same time when viewing ALL AUCTIONS in the category IE: Celebrities. Once you click on the celebrity then the page loads and you see it in full (much like scrolling in ebay, then clicking on the item you want and see the big page) The higestest bidder who is the final bidder also gets the certicate and remains in the hall of fame as a winner for the month for that topic I should also have the ability to ADD categories, upload pictures, and maintain the site my self. It should be somehow to paypal so the winner can pay.
