The website want to use PHP and CSS so we can changes Colours and appear ance easily. *** Also must include comments extensively in the PHP code to make It will want to have most features that [[login to view URL]][1] We are looking for this to be started ASAP and updates to be posted via private message board every three days so we can track where we are. Also we will be involved at certain aspects of the Testing cycles, to HELP you out and to ensure the functionality is what we expected. We can supply you with a Control (C-PANEL) logon account to develop the solution. This can the first of many successful projects we have planned in the next forthcoming months. We will get web designers to create a website alongside this autoresponder being created. I can supply logon details after you have won the bid.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
