Business website similar to yellowpages(repost)

An online business community network similar to the yellowpages website, where members pay a monthly fee pay pal, and are able to create a personal page through uploading text and pictures. Key features include google map, browsing capabilities, directory, site search, job database, business classified database, a personal sub domain and mailing list. We also need a password protected area that paying members can access. Once the user creates a username and password, they pay for their subscription (through Pay pal), then they get access to a web page. Full registration with email verification for each member.
