I want to retain sole control of the Source Code. This application will integrate with WordPress Platform (for reliable and efficient scheduling capabilities) on Host Gator, with Linux and MySQL installed. It has payed clients who have uploaded a profile. Broadcasting firms, request an interview with the clients, based on a rule based Scheduling module. The rules determine the functionality that can be used and accessed by three other separate modules; i.e. Administrator, Client and Broadcaster. They have specific functionality, with the Administrative Module superceding all. The scheduling has to scale to high volumes of users, as each clients will have a standalone calendar that is “private?? to him or her but “public?? to the broadcast firms who are searching for profiles of individuals. The search application for broadcasting firms has to enable them to “look?? through the client database for a possible interview on a broadcast show. It should integrate email andor SMS/Text Messaging when/where feasible. The platform is to be completed and uploaded to our Server and Beta Tested with sufficient information to thoroughly test all Modules with automated “push?? out to Social Media Sites if feasible of Client Profile information. . ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
