Create Full Contact List By Fetching Info From Sites

This is a very easy and fast project for someone who knows what they are doing. I need FULL contact information from insurance site. FULL contact meaning; Name, Address, phone, fax,email. If it does not have ALL of the contact information I don't want it. The site below has ALL 50 State Dept of Insurance sites. [login to view URL] (although this is a health insurance site...I am after property and casualty plus life and health insurance agents) I want to start with Florida, Texas, California, Michigan. The information will need to be put into an excel sheet csv format. In light of this being only my second time using this site I reserve the right to clarify and ammend as I continue to learn how this site works. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
