Create Website for consulting and software sales company

I need to create a web-site rather quickly and need web development guru to do it quickly. I currently have one software that I would like to start selling and also advertise the consulting I offer. I need a web-site containing the following topics: > Home > Products > Services > Support > About us The home page should look something like this <[login to view URL]> template. In other words, professional looking pages, no super-bright colors and stuff. **No flash animation needed, but the coder will have to find their own different graphics to display on the website.** YOU NEED TO BE A GOOD DESIGNER SINCE THERE IS JUST ONE PRODUCT TO SHOW. Services offered are for consulting. The developer will need to do creative thinking. I am looking for about **10-12 pages** website. I also want the ability where a user can register before download. The website is hosted on a unix platform using mysql database. **When a user registers, I want that info stored in the database. ** I will provide the description and some screenshots for the software. I will also give the things that you need to put in the Services area. If you already have a template I would like to see it. **I would like to see the progress and may suggest changes. The coder must agree to that before putting in a bid. ** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The website will be hosted on: Unix or Linux platform Database: MySQL Clients should be able to view on Netscape and IE browsers.
