Create a simple theme for Wordpress

Programmers, ? ? ? I have the CSS code for the structure of the Wordpress theme (3 column, center fluid). I can show you the colors that I want for the theme.? I have? the font, size, text,? and location of the links I want.? Much of the typical Wordpress stuff will be removed (Pages", "Categories", "Resources", "Stay Current", "Blogroll", "RSS", "Meta). The theme will have two images at the top left that I need to change or delete when I write pages of different content.? ? I have what I want (except for the colors) online already, it's just not in wordpress form.? The only difficult part is that the center column has to stay fluid and can not be blocked from narrowing by the wordpress posting block that? I want centered under the text; when the browser is made very narrow, some or most of the posting block wouldn't be seen.? Roger ## Deliverables Needs to be search engine friendly. I read somewhere " when picked up by the engines actually read the sidebars, and the page lists and even the shoutbox. They did not pick up articles and headlines.? So this theme has to be Search engine friendly." The code will be written so the search engines will see the titles, headlines and content as the most important.? The right colum has? a google serch box (code is already written; you just have to change the colors. that need to be in the same place on the wordpress theme.? ? There are two pieces of simple PHP code (both of them for? automatically getting dates and the PHP code is already written.? The text of the title also has to be centered and fluid widh.?
