Cust Monitoring Manager aspx/DB

We stream audio and video on the Internet. Most of our customers are commercial radio stations. We have a stream monitoring service that can detect when a stream is not working, and can alert one or more designated people by email or cell phone text messaging. The MONITORING MANAGER will allow customers to manage the monitoring service for their account. _Customer Capabilities of the Monitoring Manager: _ * Assign one or more email/text addresses to each of two email alerting groups (“Alert E-mail Tier 1, and Tier 2??) * Enable/disable monitoring * Enable/disable alerting * Set up monitoring and alerting by time-of-day and day-of-week _Major Deliverable ??" one aspx web page, SQL SERVER 2000 DB read/write:_ a) provide a web interface to enable and edit monitoring for a station b) prepare the code for updating and for reading the database via this table c) there is a sample web page at <[login to view URL]> The scheduling feature of this web page must do scheduling date validation to make sure schedules do not conflict. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
