Custom Autoresponder Script

I need an autoresponder script created for a domain that I’ve recently purchased. I need this custom script to do three major tasks aside from allow broadcasts and autoresponder follow up messages. This script must have a function such that if notifies the entire database when a sale is made. Network marketing companies use this sort of a script and they call it a pass up script. I need this script to have this function. I also need the autoresponder script to have a function that adds opt in’s to two databases. The main on site database and also specific Aweber autoresponders upon request, such that when I person opts in, the opt into the main database and an Aweber email account after the Aweber account is designated. This will be part of an affiliate program so I need to allow the people who become affiliate to be able to designate there aweber account via my sign up process and have their leads opted into there account as well. I also need this script to transpose the affiliate designated information. Links and contact information into a follow up email series in the main database once a new lead opts into the system so that the follow up series is automatically customized to the affiliate’s information. A third component of the script will function such that the first X number of people opted into the form will be added to the upline affiliates Aweber list before the current affiliate begins to generate their own leads to add a viral effect to the script. This is called an X-Up system. I need to be able to speak with the program via text chat or phone for further details on the specifics of the script and I want full copyright ownership of the project once it is completed. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
