Custom Social Bookmarking Button

I need to have a social bookmarking button created for my site. This button needs to operate similary to a 'Digg this' and Facebook Share button. Upon clicking the button, a popup should display with the following information about the page being viewed. 1. URL 2. Title 3. Summary of the page 4. Pictures. The user will be able to edit this information if necessary, and then submit it to my server. Anytime they are looking at a website they would like to share, they would have the ability to click the bookmark, at which point the popup will appear with all the information (1-4) described above.
