Customizations to wordpress powered page(repost)

I'm moving an old site to a different location where I will be using wordpress software but I need some customization made to the wordpress template and I'm not very php savvy. My new site is [login to view URL] Here's what I'm looking for: 1. A template of the page where I can edit the main middle column in dreamweaver and then upload to my site. Sort of the creation of static pages. 2. My opt-in box isn't centered in the right column (you'll know what I mean when you see it). 3. There are tabs across the top of the page that link to Your Naked Nutrition Guide, Max-Out Radio, and my blog. I'd like it so when you click on them they take you directly to their respective sites and not to another page on my site that then directs them to their destination. 4. I'd like to move the search box from the header to below the opt-in box on the right column.
