Database driven site

I'm about to start a Windows support site which features articles and HOW TOs on a regular basis. I'm looking for a Quote for the following features: 1) I want the articles stored in a database (into various groups), and I should be able to query the recent articles (last 10 or 15) and then display then in a "recent documents" page. 2) I should be able to generate articles based on a particlar group or category. For example, "windows 95 articles", "windows 2000 articles" etc. 3) RSS integration. The RSS link should be updated automatically as and when I upload a new page / article. 4) Ability to generate a detailed visitor statistics page, generate top 10 lists, view referrer information. 5) The template should be well optimized for fast loading of pages, as this is for a high-traffic site. 6) Sufficient space to place a vertical and hortizontal banners. I can utilize this space for any other announcements as well. 7) Over and above all, the pages should be search engine friendly. 8) A three-column webpage (CSS/HTML) designing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, ASP, MySQL / SQL Server
