Develope PHP Class/Function

Hi, I need a very experienced PHP programmer to help me with the following classes/functions. The first function takes a URL, if the content is html then downloads the content in less than a given time. The script analyzes the content and returns all the image links and all other links in two separate arrays and text as a string with no coding in it. The script should be able to analyze multiple layered html, JavaScript and CSS coding and return all the links and the text completely with no link or text omissions, not even one word or one link. The text string also should be exactly the same as you would see in your browser when viewing the page. We can compare the returned text string with a string that we get by copying and pasting the page contents to make sure the returned text is good. The second function looks for words provided as an array in a given URL. If there is an exact match then the function returns TRUE else FALSE. The filter does not return TRUE if the word is part of another word.
