adjustments of community website (French,Spanish,C# and design needed)

The [login to view URL] site is for Indian university students. It needs to be adjusted for Spanish and French university students. The difference is as follows:1 Design Changes 2 Content Changes (translation)3 Contact importers 1) Design Changes * 3 Different welcome page image * Different banners * Different Logo **3 different Welcome page banners** The title are also Students, Professors and Groups but the pictures look different: **Different Banners** There different banners for each state are to be replaced by banners for Spanish states. I will provide you with the different foto collages. The sizes of the banners as well as the resolution still needs to be adjusted. 2) Content Changes **Translation** The whole website needs to be translated from English to Spanish. This is aided by the fact that the whole website is multilingual. However the text on images is cannot be changed from the CMS and needs to be translated separately. **Text adjustments** There are some adjustments that need to be made in the text. **Adjustments in the drop down menus** * University location * University name * Religion needs to be ordered in a different manner (e.g Catholic, protestant…) * Interests * Sports * Music **3.** **Contact Importers** The contact importers that are needed are as follows: Hotmail, yahoo, gmail: same as for Instudi In addition 6 other contact importers need to be programmed in the same style. We already have them in PHP but we need them in C#. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
