clone expired domain membership site

I want to have a clone of [login to view URL] an expired domain auction site set up on my virtual private server. I'm unfamiliar with managing the server and will need assistance or a webmaster. The key is providing my members with password access to daily expired domain name lists that can be filtered for traffic, past history etc. A worthwhile solution would include the ability to order or reserve the names they want however this could be solved with an affiliate link to a registrar. The site will need to connect the order link to my shopping cart on my virtual server.
