Adobe Flex/Air RIA Client Application with Image Manipulation

I need a small client application based on Adobe Air and Flex. The purpose of this application is to reliably upload large volumes of photographs to a web server.? The module will be developed in Adobe Air/Flex and should include installation and upgrade capabilities.? In addition to the client application, a very simple server-side application should be developed for testing the upload capabilities of the system.? The server-side component does not need to be production-quality, but should be written in asp.net. The system will require some basic image manipulation (brightness adjustment, contrast adjustment, unsharp mask, rotation adjustments) to be applied to batches of images before upload.? The developer should be able to either write the? image manipulation? code or recommend a 3rd party library to integrate. ? One of the primary goals of this system is the ability to efficiently manipulate a large number of files.? Therefore almost all operations should be batchable, memory and other resources should be utilized efficiently, and the system should be fast while manipulating up to 1000 images (real-time edits applied to thumbnails only) simultaneously.
