Changes/additions to an existing dynamic flash template

We have a dynamic full-flash template. No contents added yet. - need to change it to php from html. need to change all repeated section as "includes" - text on buttons needs to be changed and new buttons created - all images needs to be changed. need to be able to crop images to fit as needed. - need to update each page with 'dummy text' which will be relaced later. I also need add "additional pages" for each page - for example, there is a link for photo album, I would also need to create a link from there for "more photos" etc. -need to clone a couple of pages for additional contents - for one of the photos we need to add a script to randomly change pcitures. - add message boards - add chat room- live chat add shout box- small chat room for quick one-liners - on the photo gallery- it should be changed to allow for posting of pictures from friends and visitors. Such postings should send a notification to me via e-mail (setup an admin panel) - I should be able to review, approve posting or delete posting as needed. - Online diary- place my personal thoughts online (kind of like [login to view URL]) -ongoing story- a story that visitors add to that never ends add music- add a jukebox to your site -add a register feature so friends can register/login, show how many users are online in every page, private message them inr eal time or contact them by mail, view their profile, show latest members, last 5 posts, latest posts posted in homepage from any page. Anything else that you think will be good along these lines. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
