Coming Soon Web Page(repost)

Need a 'coming soon' web page. The page will be in flash and will show the letters of our company coming up over the horizon like a sunrise. Once that page is complete, 5 alternating pages will randomly appear to explode/popup translucently over the main page - these will look like a large thumbnail image of the future web pages with product information. Using xview or similar program to grab. At the bottom of the page will be a link to email. The attached zip file shows sample graphics and storyboard. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. XView is a program that will grab the web pages and put them in a thumbnail image that can be exploded. 2. After the sunrise is complete (AFFS rises to the sky). Then 5 forms(pages) will alternately explode in/out to show a mock web page with a message. This mock web page will take up about 70% of the underlying screen and will either explode (start small and get bigger), fade in/out or possibly wipe in/out. On the web page will be a large font message like "fully qualified prospects". Must run on platform available at godaddy.com. I would think that flash is the tool to use, but if you think another would be better, please support your claim.
