I want a 3 pages of a website [url removed, login to view] to be designed. The website will have on-line lectures on career guidance.

The first page will be the index page and should have a [url removed, login to view] banner across the top with the logo. The main page should then be divided in to 3 columns - on the left hand side will be the links to the rest of the site. These pages will be titled Lectures, Lecturer Bio, Links, System Requirements, 1-2-1, Audio Only, Testamonials. The middle column will have a partial list of lectures available under 2 headings - Lectures for Students and Lectures for Parents. The third column should have a login / forget password etc box, A Registration Link and some place for ads by Google.

The second page should be an example of the inside pages with the links down the left and teh same banner top.

The third page is the flash page where the videos will be viewed. The page should have a video in the top left hand corner about 320x 250 for example and the remainder of the page should have place for text writing. This should be able to change at various points of the video. This text could be in an image format or text written directly in to the flash. There should also be the normal video controls.
