Create Joomla Template

Need a Joomla Template created. The template should be created with SEO in mind. If designwise something should be changed from the original "concept" then this would be acceptable as long as it improves SEO. Otherwise the concept should be followed as close as possible. As I am no designer, the colors might not be perfect and you might see and find things that should be made better. Suggestions and improvements in general are highly appreciated AND expected. Improvements to the "header" area on how to better implement or show the logo and/or a background changing image would also be expected. ## Deliverables I need a very skillful designer who can create this template for me. I will be running Virtuemart, Xmap, sh404 and a few other components as well ( this for your information ) 1: All modules positions should be fully collapsible. In other words, if I don't use "left" or "user1, user2 or user 3", then these would not show either and thus expanding the space. So as to be able to use just left and main content or just right and main content and so on. If unclear, ask me questions. 2: I would like to see 3 different styling options on all the modules. ( modules suffix ) One of them is the one we already have on the design. You should provide the other 2. (fitting to the design) 3: Width should be minimum 800px and maximum 960px. This means it should automatically contract to 800px if the user has a small screen and expand to max 960px if user is on wider screen. 4: Menu should be supporting the 3 most common drop down ( moomenu, splitmenu, suckerfish menu.
