Delivery Portal - Independent Contractor

Hi I have a delivery business and like this software here (Duet - Project Management) and was wanting some changes so I can use it. I’m an independent contractor that does deliveries (right now furniture) I need the following login levels admin, client, manager logins were managers can view all deliveries and invoices from clients that work under them. (ie. have 2 different stores with the same manager) I need the store to be able to schedule deliveries and view there invoices and the manager needs to see both stores and invoices. I like the calendar view of the tasks in the projects tab (instead of tasks can we call it deliveries and instead of projects can we call it Jobs) and the part that shows on the calendar will be the time slot field instead of task field and change the notes field to delivery address also don’t need the Assigned To and due date field (because the main field is delivery date). Under the projects tab and we change the Notes option to discussion. Also can when creating an invoice have it so I can just click on the delivery I want to add to the invoice (like add item kind of thing) and one more feature I need added is a button that the Manager or Client can click on to let me know that they sent the payment for an invoice and change the Status to sent.
