Build a Website

Hi, I want you to price me building a wordpress website just liek this website that I have. This was not developed with strong background. I want the new website to have the same exact contents, texts, images, functionality. No need to change any look or feel. The problem that we have with this site is that since the developer changed the backend monipulating the codes within files, it is not easy to manage by none expert. I need followings. 1. I need the new wordpress website to have exact same look, feel, theme, colors, setup, contents, images, text as [login to view URL] which is my website. 2.I need you to build the new website using the PSD and all of the contents that I have and will provide you (these are the one used for the existing website). 3. I need you to build the new website not using any third party themplate. just what comes with wordpress or PSD to CSS convertor to create the themes. 4. I need you to use only one Childtheme called "[login to view URL]" if you have to change any CSS it has to be done inside of this file only and only. 5. I have bought and will provide you the plug in for map to be used for the find near location functionality in the header part and also unde Location page. 6. All of the changes to the website (all of them) should be done only using the ChTheme or Admin and not change in the code of files or any monipulation in the files alowed. Since inthe future if we have to upgrade wordpress we will run into problems. 7.I need ChTheme to be explained line by line to know what part of the website will be edited or monipulated by each line. 8. I need to have some type of documentation as of how the process of creating this website was . Like where and how you started the process and what was the process to build [login to view URL] not too detailed just the instruction or manual of steps that you took. [login to view URL] of Admin panel and what each content of each page is and what part of Admin is responssible for each part of the website for future editing/remove/add to the website. 10.I need to know how long it will take you to build this including my requests listed here. 11. I am very sensitive about the time table. 12. Since I have all of the contents and PSD files, I also have the working website available and you can use the PSD to CSS that creats the theme in matter of second and it is free I don't think this will take much time for a professional as you say you are t obuild this website. 13. One thing that I forgot is that there are a few issues with the current website that you probably can see and is not a big deal but I need you to knwo that I have bought a plug in for store locator called "Store locator plus" and enhanced search ... that will make creating the MAp functionality in the header and location page a very easy process and I want you to make the two sort of joint and I can work on the details of it once we start the project. I am not very happy with differences that I see currently between the header search and locations page. I want these two to feel the same way to the customer and I want it to show the distance as wel land direction button which are part of the plug in functionality of the plug in that I bought. Please price me the project and time that you need to finish it. I have to have this done this coming week and if you are capabilr to deliver this job I can move on with it quickly. I am currently checking a few companies and you are one of those. Please keep in mind that I am a long time Java/C++/ iOS developer and will understand everything very easy when you explain things and will know quickly if you are capable or not and also if you act professional, I will work with you for a long time on other projects. I could do all of this but I have not time. It is just a matter of time not the knowledge.
