Connect multiple social network APIs to our websites existing framework

We are a social network company that is currently working on our new website. The design and initial functionality is there but we need some help to speed up the process. We are looking for someone who has experience in connecting multiple social network APIs to PHP framework. Users will then be able to select which networks they would like to post to. We currently have 13 social networks we would like to be connected. A successful end result will include users being able to connect social network accounts and it stores the necessary information so they stay connected. Users will then be able to post to their connected accounts from our site. I do not want to post too much information about our site.
