Convert Excel complex calculator spreadsheet to functioning html calculator

We are interested to build the calculator in html/javascript which can be used on your site. Don't have any samples handy but we are well versed in html/javascript as well as excel to create a functional clone which will work like the excel sheet.

As long as all of those functions call data or methods inside excel, I have no doubts I could transfer this over to a nice HTML calculator for you. Just need to make sure it's not calling some DLL functions to do some of the calculations, assuming that dll source code isn't available.
