Copy Xenforo main menu in to an existing Wordpress theme

The project is to replace the menu in a Wordpress theme (Responsive by Cyberchimps) with a standard Xenforo 1.2 menu. This is for a Wordpress / Xenforo integrated site which should have a consistent main menu. There is no requirement for functional integration, eg. adding a menu tab in XF does not need to automatically be reflected in WP and user status conditionals are not necessary (logged in / guest). Also the project is only concerned with main navigation, not the account functions on the right of a Xenforo menu bar. Other points: - the responsive behaviour of the Xenforo menu must also work in Wordpress. - the Wordpress menu manager must continue to work, ie. the replacement of the WP menu cannot be simply a block of hardcoded HTML links in the header template. - ease of future upgrading is a concern. As few changes as possible to the Responsive templates should be made with default theme CSS overridden rather than edited. The actual Xenforo JS files should be used if possible. Development: A development server will not be provided so it will be necessary to download and install WP, then install the free Cyberchimps responsive theme. All XF HTML, JS and CSS can simply be copied from the Xenforo forums.
