Develop a platform for educational institutions

The website will function as a platform/portal between the institute and its students. The system is mainly intended to be used by Indian coaching institutes. It is the platform where students come to get all their institute related information and interact with each other on study related topics with other students, faculty and admin. It should have the functionality that an institute needs to manage its resources in terms of its teacher and the students. Also, the main front of the website will be the interactions that happen between the teachers and their students. NOTE: We do not want to build a LMS, we intend on building a platform for the institutions which are NOT owned by us. The whole system is connected. The concept is very different from existing solutions such as Moodle, Canvas etc. The institutions DO NOT offer any online courses. The institutions are our users/clients. We want a system, which can handle adding as many different institutes as we like and each institute will have its own private network not controlled by us but managed by the institutes itself. The institute will be responsible for adding students, teachers and all the other data. NOTE: We will provide you with the UI/UX. You are not required to design any element. HTML/CSS/LESS will be provided to you. Preset proposals will be ignored. Please read the attached document carefully and send us a proposal based on it.
