Creating a small affiliate site purely to include affiliate schemes.

I want someone to create a web site purely for affiliate advertising. Currently I am signing up with affiliate schemes to advertise such as 0 percent credit cards and car insurance. Whilst I could create a site myself it would not be as professional as a professional coder does. Currently I own [[login to view URL]][1] but I want a site that will reflect a level better than I can create and I am open to suggestions. I am a sole business type person and so funds are low I would even consider an off the peg template but want something that looks professional for little outlay. I have owned the above named site for 2 years and havent used it, but now will do so. I will listen to any views on how to do this. What I will need to do myself is be able to simply enter the html codes on a regular basis as I add affiliate schemes. Currently I only use Netscape composer and a simple html notepad when adding code(Im a novice but we all have to start somewhere). I have used Rentacoder once before for [[login to view URL]][2] which is also becoming an affiliate web site and so will offer a complete refurbishment of this site soon. So to the matter in hand any suggestions welcome, funds well low really. Would also welcome views on SEO marketing,link building and keywords. Would like to have the project completed and ready for me to use in 14 days. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program needs to run on Windows XP, Netscape,and all versions of IE,Linux.
