Looking for PHP website developer to develop the dynamic custom auction-style website by using PHP programming and MySQL as database. This custom website must include user-friendly and easy to use administer page. In addition, guests' part of the website also required to build with user friendly and easy to use concept. Even though my project is much smaller than eBay, I still want my website to have feedback and some other functions that eBay offers to their customers. Since I have some knowledge of PHP coding method, PHP coding of the project should be easy to read, and clear to understand as well as editable by me. Also, please do not list developer's logo on our completed website unless developer provides free cost SEO work. Project must be fully functional after installed at our server. Developer must guarantee the warranty for 6 months for errors and bugs. Developer has 21 days to work on our project. Developer must choose from following 3 options. 1) Coding & Design & SEO - $350. 2) Coding & Design - $300. 3) Just Coding - $100. Developer must accept Pay Pal and I will pay 15% down before we start to work. Otherwise, I will pay 100% after the installation (Fully working website).
