Database that exports to online feeds Like Googlebase, Zillow, etc.

I am a real Estate Broker and I manually fill in and upload individual property text and pictures on various websites. I see they this can be automated via a FEED. I want to be able to go into for example a Spread sheet like Excel or ACCESS and inter and hold all my text and pics of the vaious homes I want to upload and then I can go back in and send the file as a feed to the various websites and in their required feed format. The Websites I uploand homes to are Zillow, Hotpads, Backpage, Kajiji, Googlebase, backdoor, Craigslist and others. I also want to have the flexability to be able to add other websites at my discretion and upload to them as well. I want to be able to go and automate this to a degree or at least be able to work on it and save till I have a complete file and send it off, this takes lots of time doing it manually.
