continue setup + manage blog

I need someone to continue to setup and manage my blog. I will provide content, usually in the form of video. The blog needs to be SEO optimized. Plug ins need to be added for my space, facebook, Digg, technorati, Need video response section, text comments. Archived videos to show on right. Want to be able to add an affiliate link on front page which will have embedded feeds. Need trackback added. Later may want to add advertising other than the one affiliate link. Later will want to change the graphic header to incorporate 3 pictures I have that need to be made into a banner. I plan to add one video per week, sometimes two. Also there will be some articles to be posted, no more than 1 per week, which need to go to RSS feeds also. Would like the same content added to a WP blog.
