Dev needed

Hi, We need a developer for work on www.strategyinformer.com. We have almost unlimited projects on ongoing basis. We are looking for somebody for project per project relations. To start I am going to add 2 small pending issues (description was written for devs that are already familiar with the site so you may need some extra details before bidding; though I've tried to pick minimal projects; please PM me or leave a message on the project): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Full list of current issues is on [login to view URL] and the list goes far beyond what is currently on it. So if this is done right, there will be instantly more projects for you. Due to time zones, we are mainly interested in NA and European developers. However, good devs with solid FL profile can apply even if from other GEOs. TERMS OF WORK 1. NO PAYMENT UNTIL WORK IS 100% DONE (keep in mind that accepting this project will take certain USD amount off your account; you need to sustain that and any other costs by yourself until your work is complete). Hence let me say that again, do not ask for any payment until you have completed booked projects. We will NOT pay it. Keep that in mind so I wouldn't waste your time and wise versa. 2. When bidding please post your average usual hourly rate so that I will know in general your pricing. We will have constant projects and we expect a decent price because of it. 3. We spend on dev work around 1000-1500 USD per month on projects on normal months, and around 2-3000 USD on abnormal months when we have any bigger projects (3-4 times per year). However this is based on project per project basis and not full time. Thank you!
