Christo and Jeanne-Claude are artists who will be installing a massive work of art in New York's Central Park. They are hiring many people and have had a wonderful piece of code created for a form that was created as a result of a call for bids on this very web site. You can see the fill-in form at [url removed, login to view] Notice the menus at the top of the page are not working. They were created with a plug-in to GoLive called Menu Machine. Persons familiar with this plug-in and java and how the two sometimes co-mingle poorly are invited to help us solve this problem.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
