Create application in the language of YOUR choice (for Nokia Ovi store)

This bid is for a Nokia application for the Ovi store. Please see the attached screenshots and description for complete details. You may use ANY one of these technologies for achieving this project: [login to view URL] Personally, I think that "Web Runtime" seems like the simplest since it's just html/css/javascript, but you're welcome to use whichever technology you wish, as long as it will create apps that I can submit to the Nokia Ovi store. PLEASE COMPLETELY READ the attached documents! They clearly explain what I want, with all features, design considerations, etc. I've gotten several comments from coders with comments like "What should the application look like?" and "Should there be a database?" etc... which clearly indicates that they did not review my attached requirements. This project can essentially be summarized as: 1) Create the database-driven application that I've described in my attached screenshots and text files. 2) TEACH ME how to compile this application so that I can modify the strings (or database content) and re-compile it for submission to the Ovi store. I may need some guidance on creating signed certificates for the application, too. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
