Auction Site Needing Upgrades

I thought of like a paypal way become verified and get 5 free featured postings a ($150.00) value. I also want the site to accept different forms of payment such as checking account or credit card. I want the Adult webmaster content catagory like [login to view URL] check them out. when a seller puts an auction up since it is pics or movies they need to put a link to the content or upload it and when the auction ends and all bids are paid then the winners recieve the link to download from. I have other sites I need some work done as well...
