CSS3/PHP/Jquery/Javascript/HTML5 Developer

We are a start up company (isn't everyone these days?) We are looking for a skilled developer to customize a Wordpress template at our site: [login to view URL] **We are looking to achieve the following:** * js - vSlider horizontal scrolling effect in this site: [login to view URL] * css - modifying div so we achieve fullscreen * css - image backgrounds for each or using 'repeat' to maintain speed Our main objective is to have a fullscreen style template that scrolls vertically and horizontally using .js navigation. The vertical is already working. Just need the horizontal and to get the full screen going. I'm not sure if the above requirements are clear enough. Any feedback or guidance that ultimately leads us in the right direction will be looked upon favorably and will vault you to the top of our list. Also, if you feel the allotted time for the project is insufficient and can make a compelling argument, we will consider increasing the allotted time. We are coming here seeking "true" professionals. In our mind, a "true" professional should be able to resolve these issues quickly. Upon successful completion, we may need additional CSS work to help us bring this project to completion. We are new to this site and have come here because of difficult experiences on other freelance sites. Basically developers that assure us the world, and deliver very little. We are tired of the tricks and overpadding,etc. that developers on other sites have subjected us too. We are hoping that this site will prove to be a better experience. We are estimating 5 hours of work for this project. If you feel additional time is required, please explain why so we can improve our understanding. If you have a portfolio sample that has achieved the effect we are seeking, you will be vaulted to the top. We want to see results or past work, not words and assurances.
