Complexe Online Quizzes system for ESL students

We are looking for a programmer to create a quiz system for 2 purposes. The language you will use for this quiz system is not important for us. You can chose the one your prefer. Purpose no1: We need a quiz similar to this one: [login to view URL] There will be over 100 questions (that we will upload so an admin part is necessary). The questions should be every possible type: multiple answers, blank filling, audio files, video files... etc (similar to the example above). Please read carefully the 8 important conditions and make sure that you will be able to do it. Condition no1 - the question should be shown in a precise sequence: The 100 questions are split in 4 levels and 5 different areas. Levels: 1- Elementary 2- Pre-intermediate 3- Intermediate 4- Advance Areas: A- Grammar B- Vocabulary C- Listening D- Reading E- Writing The lessons should be placed by area and level in the following sequence: 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 2A, 2B, 2C... till 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E. Then to start over to the beginning 4 times. Condition no2 - The score should be given in percentage per areas. Here an example of the way the score should be presented: - Grammar: 80% - Vocabulary: 70% - Listening: 60% - Reading: 55% - Writing: 88% Condition no3 - The user can stop when ever he wants. He doesn't have to answer the 100 questions. They should be a minimum of 20 questions. When ever he clicks on the "submit" button, he gets his results (sent by email) per area in percentage. Condition no4 - It should be possible to have more then 1 question per slide (as in the example). Condition no5 - The layout should be like in the example. We will provide the exact design once the project is awarded. Condition no6 - at the beginning of the test, the system will ask the name and email of the visitor. The result of the test will be sent by email (edited with his name) and the data will be saved in the admin panel. Condition no7 - the presentation page (where the system ask for the name and email) and the result email (with the results of the test sent by email) should be editable from the admin panel. Condition no8 - we will need this system for students in different language so the presentation page and the result email needs to be different different language (editable for every languages). Purpose no2: We have a database of lessons on a WordPress website: [login to view URL] We are using mTouch Quiz for the "test" part: [login to view URL] but it is really limited and our quizzes are more complex (multiple answers, blank filling, audio files, video files... etc). We want to be able to create the quiz in the same system. Once the test would be created, it would give us an embeddable code. We would use that code to embed it in a wordpress post (same principle as mtouch quiz but for more complex quizzes).
