Custom work for a php project, we need to replace and integrate PHP advanced search tool (lucene or similar)

PLEASE READ ALL BELOW. I'm a developer and I need someone experienced and skilled in php/mysql/javascript to work on my project, I got tired of people just bidding without even reading my requirements or with just basic skills and they want to convince me to use some CMS to get my job done. Please don't waste my time and your time, I need someone available to start working on my project right away and not a company with 100 other projects on parallel with beginner programmers, I'm sure there is someone there very experienced in php/mysql/javascript I already have the application but it needs some fix and integration of an Advanced Searching tool with Boolean Operators like Apache Lucene or any other library. I don't mind using your advice as long as it will get the job done. this is not a big project but if you are a skilled php developer you can get it done with no time, that is why I'm asking for the right guy. note that I have many other ongoing project and I can keep you busy if your are the right person. PLEASE DONT BID IF YOUR ARE NOT QUALIFIED ENOUGH TO ABOVE REQUIREMENTS. THANKS
