Add an Embed Video Source Code to my user accounts

When they log into their account they have the option to record their video ad from their online web cam recorder we set up for them. After they login it looks like this: [login to view URL] What I would like is: Under that web recorder, I would like to give my users the option to post and embed their videos using a video source code from a site like [login to view URL] or Google Video. The video embed form under the video recorder should look something like this: [login to view URL] (Click the Save button to see what it will look like after you embed the code) So when they are done I would like the viewers to click on their “View Video?? button, have it pop up like it does on a user’s site like this: [login to view URL] (The only difference is that, when they embed the video source code the viewer should be able to see the video link show somewhere within that popup frame.)
