Change static html site into php mySQL dbase site

We have a static html site which needs to be changed so it can be updated through an admin panel. Categories and Products will need to be created and updated with text and images through admin area and Excel upload. Codeigniter experts might be able to convert current CI category/product update script we already have available. Please no learners. ## Deliverables Change static html website into php mySQL database driven site which so that.. Car Makes (categories) and Car Models (products) can be updated through administration and excel upload. Such as.. Ford (Make/category) Mustang (Model/product) Ltd Fairlaine etc.. The static site is constructed this way.. Home Page linked to.. Main Menu Page with links to Car Make Page with links to Car Model Page. We want this to work through an administration area... 'Car Make' pages need to be.. 1. Created (like creating a category) 2. Updated 3. Area for Text and links 4. Area for Image 'Car Model' pages need to be.. 1. Created (like creating a product of that category) 2. Updated 3. Area for Text and links 4. Area for Image The site will use the same cosmetic style as in use now. Please give me suggestions as to how you would suggest this be done, your bid and MAXIMUM time to do it. We have a CodeIgniter update script already being used for creating/ updating categories and products for another site, which could possibly be altered to do the above. If you know CodeIgniter well, this could be the fastest and easiest way to get this done. Please do not bid if you have not done anything like this before or if you are learning as you go. We want this tested on your server and once sections have been completed, we need the files given to us as you go, so we can test it without having to wait for the whole thing. On completion we need all final files sent as one package so we can upload it to our online server for the final test. He wants the site to look like this and have an admin where he can change images, text etc for makes and models. The minimum is that ihe shell needs to be built so we will add all products, images.
