Addition to funeral insurance website

The following changes and additions will have to be made to an existing website: - At the top right add a second logo - In step 2 change the text in the blue bar at the top of the 2 blocks: o Left block: replace “Uitvaartverzekering Geld” by “Uitvaartverzekering” just below that in a smaller font “Uitkering in kapitaal” o Right block: remove the word “Geld” - In step 6 (Aanvullende gegevens) there have to be some changes and additions: o At the moment all the requested details refer to personal details. We will have to add a second group of details referring to bank details. So above the current fields add a small title saying “Persoonlijke gegevens” below the current fields there will be a smell title “Bankgegevens”, followed by some additional fields (as specified below) o Split up “Huisnummer / busnummer” and put them below eachother , so people can enter a huisnummer and a busnummer in separate boxes. o Remove “Geboorteplaats” o Move “E-mail’ up, so it ends up between “Woonplaats” and “Telefoon” o Below the title “Bankgegevens” there will be 2 questions and boxes: o IBAN: o BIC: - With regard to the bank details: o IBAN and BIC are bank details in the new European banking systems. IBAN is a person’s unique accountnumber and BIC is a bankcode that belongs with it. On the website, the BIC code should be automatically generated after the user enters his IBAN.
