An Affiliate Login Site Powered by a MYSQL Database

Scope of Project: We have affiliates that sell our service. We want them to be able to go online and view all of their accounts, see their current status, etc. We have an internal Microsoft Access database that has everything about our customers. The way we thought it could work is this. Create a web site where the affiliate logs in and are able to view their accounts. This site will pull the data from a MYSQL database. Periodically, we would import our live data from our Access database into the MYSQL database, such as once a week. Granted, the data the affiliates see will not be live, but up to date as of the last upload. To help everyone, we have put in some effort to try to demonstrate exactly what we are wanting. Please refer to the files attached to this project. Put all the files together in a folder. Read the cover letter first and then open the [login to view URL] file and go from there. We have no clue how many hours a project like this will take, so we tried to pick a budget that we think might be sufficient and we can afford. When bidding, please give estimated time frame of completion. Lastly, to avoid any frustration in communication, we prefer workers that are proficient in English.
