Bootstrap/AngularJS work

I have the shell of a simple mobile responsive website created using Bootstrap 3.0. This site currently has two pages: a landing page and a data page. I would like the following enhancements performed on this existing site: 1. Text area overlays added to existing carousel (left, middle, and right text areas) 2. Images on the carousel should fade instead of slide 3. The landing page and data page should be configured as a Single Page Application 4. A sample test page from an existing link added as a SPA component 5. Current data page to have its fields bound to MySQL and to JSON (I want both examples) in AJAX manner 6. Current data page to have its fields unbound, and updated by data returned from PHP (see below) 7. Data fields must include integer, decimal, currency, and text samples 8. An event structure set up that will call a PHP program on every data page field update 9. Method established to update all fields on the data page with data returned from called PHP program 10. Samples of connecting the data page to data via both JSON and MySQL (this is an alternative to PHP described above) 11. Data page field error validation and custom error message display examples 12. Current website will be provided, update that site with changes described above 13. Documentation describing details of SPA, MySQL, JSON, PHP program call and data return, and error validation and messaging I am looking for code examples only. This is a prototype. I am looking for sample code, examples that can be used to develop the final application. Also not that I am looking for two versions of the modified data page. One version utilizes AngularJS with both JSON and MySQL binding examples. Another version utilizes event calls to a PHP program, which returns data that is subsequently used to update data page form fields. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
