Custom sql and php webscript

Hello dear freelancers. Please read - before bid. I was scammed before, and that's why I am very carefull now...and I will award only that freelancer who give me cheapest price AND a he is ready to start working on a DEMO! I need a script, that can do the followings: - must be php and sql - must be userfriendly (I mean, to have if possible an autoinstaller for stupid customers like me) - must be responsive - must be able to create multiple users. (changing password and so on) - must be clean. The script is a customer management, who will automatically send emails to the customer with every year recurence, and 3 emails before due date. I add an attachment - to make yourself an ideea! (THE ATTACHMENT IS JUST AN EXAMPLE!) - insert clients - add, delete, edit fields - multiple search criteria - Custom email template for each customer - The customer bar (that blue bar should be a slide. (When I click on 2nd, the 1st is closing)) - The cron-job notifications should go to all the emails I set into customers field. I already found similar scripts, with almost all the functions I want, for less then $30. If you think this offend you, and you know a better script, just show me the URL..and we'll see if you can make it better. So..The cheapest freelancer will be awarded and will get 5 stars review!
