The goal is the construction of an independently sustainable crowdfunding website, with a complex registration process, with the ability for backend management of users, crowdfunding projects, and disbursement of funds. Registration would include terms of service, and a list of specific questions, used to generate both a public and private profile. Registration would have the ability to upload documents, and integrate this information to be viewed from the administration panel. Certain questions if answered a certain way would contain a component that if selected, they would require clarification, or upload of documentation. Login/registration pages should contain basic functions like password reset, forgot username, etc., and a method for retrieving username. Once profile is created user should be able to login to that profile, and browse available projects generally, but geographic location, or by category. The should also have the ability to begin creating a project, or link to other projects. Creation of a project Users should be able to create new projects, answering questions relating to the projects, with the ability to link in their accounting information in order to facilitate payment. Hello, While I didn't create any kickstarter clone before, I hope you will read on my proposal. I can create a SECURE environment that is light on the server, with easy to understand code, SEO friendly URLs and an easy to manage and upgrade framework (my own custom minimalist php framework, that is VERY easy to use and code for (in case I die or something). If you can show me the front-end, I could give you a better price. I see many bids from freelancers whose work I corrected in the past. Be aware that many of them will give you an unmaintainable spaghetti code written for PHP 5.2, with little mysql knowledge, no optimisations or even worse, a kickstarter clone script. I may be able to help you more than you think :) Creating a crowd funding website is fairly easy... if you think about it a bit, it is not different from a multi-ventor shopping script. People list their product (renamed as "a cause" in this case) and others add it to cart and pay a fixed or variable ammount. I bet you never thought of it this way, but only small alterations are needed. The point is how do you promote it and make it visible to the world? I think I have the answer to this and it will actually be my project for the comming year. I will be promoting a few types of websites (classifieds, business catalog, crowdfunding, offers/deals etc.) The system will be broken in to Global-Country-State-City sections and each section will be an extension of the one bellow it. This will take months to complete but when it does it will be a huge marketting tool. So what is my offer? 1) I will setup your crowdfunding website 2) I will give you exclussive access to the US crowdfunding section of my promotion system. 3) The opportunity to help oganize the US part of my project for a proffit cut (if you want).
