Build Cloud Servers

We are looking for someone that is able to build a cloud server for our current server. It has 1tb of memory and 100gb of ram. We are hosting a lot of customers using linux and windows as we provide shared hosting for companies and businesses and for personal use . We need to increase the memory and the ram using cloud server technology . We have heard and also reviewed and read the simpleness of a server once it runs on cloud. We expect nothing but the best we have a shared hosting company that we run so we will hire this server to set up each of our servers on cloud for $100 each major system .We have a total of 7 servers that run 1tb of memory each. We have already done the research so please do not ask any stupid [login to view URL] already know the timeframe and the cost so please bid accordingly. We are prepared to escrow first as this is only right as you are providing us a service. We also can pay with Xoom and Moneybookers if need be the budget is $700 tops for the 7 systems so this means $100 each system.
