Hello,
I have recently installed Help Center Live (open source support desk) on my clients site: [login to view URL] Since I am more of a web designer then a programmer, there are some bugs in HCL that I need a talented programmer to fix.
Here is what is not working:

1- When a ticket is responded to by one of the staff members, the email that is supposed to notify the customer that there has been a response is not being sent to the customer.
2- We "may" be having the same problem with chat transcripts not being sent either.

Those are the only two bugs that I know of. What I need from you is to fix those two bugs (along with testing to make sure they are actually fixed) and also quickly going through the rest of the support desk to check for any other bugs, as we have not had time to do this.
Please give me your price for fixing/testing the above two bugs only.
