An Online School Site & Script Installation

Gentlemen, I need an entire Template based Online Classroom system with each class being it's own seperate script so that for every new class I simply copy over the script and change the template to start the new class. Requirements for the standalone classrooms are as follows, 1) A live updating Chatroom for the teacher to communicate with Students as well as give lectures. (If possible java to allow internet audio to allow just the teacher to talk to the students and for them to hear her but respond through chatting) 2) A News Area maybe with a Calendar for Teacher to post upcoming assignments and deadlines 3) An Upload page for the students to upload their assignments or homework and an admin portion for the teacher to upload videos and or copies of their lectures. 4) A single template design for the design of each page so that the class room information can be changed depending on the new class as well as this script will eventually be translated into Portuguese. 5) A quiz section for the teacher to give Pop quiz or exams whenever she schedules or deems necessary. Though I need all the passwords for the classes to be all linked to the same password admin file so that anyone who's a member can access and or sign up for any class they feel like taking within the proper time frame. I also need a Student section so that each student or parent can... 1) See how their grades are proceeding as well as track what homework they still need to do for what class assigned. 2) Leave messages for other students either in their class or in another class, an open text messaging system. 3) Much like myspace I also want the students to be able to have an area for just themselves to interact with other students and post pictures or leave comments. Obviously a totally self contained system so that only students who've paid the full tuition can interact in it. 4) An add on system so that I can in the future add other items to this listing such as for the student to go and order books or get his diploma sent to him or something. I will also have to have an Admin section so that teachers and administrators can, 1) Create new student accounts after a student pays his tuition or remove him 2) Converse amongst the teachers themselves and be able to leave messages for each other throughout the day 3) A Calendar for the teachers to stay up to date on what classes are going when and what teachers will have to log in at what times. 4) A small mailing list for each class once the students have signed up for it that allows the teacher to send emails to all the students at once with the times and schedules as well as new important information. 5) Post grades to the student section so that the student or his parents can see how his grades are doing in the class. I also need the script installed and working on our servers so I will give server contact information as well as location info to the one who wins the bid. Once the script is installed and my contact looks over it and tests it out to see how it works, then you will receive payment through the method of your choice whether through this site or Paypal. The main thing is that the system be self contained so that each class can be copied or created easily as needed or deleted as required and the students grades and information remain as is. This school is still at it's starting stages but we plan on soon being the largest and most powerful online school in Brazil. Do a good job and we might try to keep you on staff to do more work on the script or add updates in the future depending on how well we do.
