CGI CMS

We're looking to release a new site. Specifics cannot be given until a coder is chosen. What we're really looking for is our own personal CGI CMS system that has all the bells and whistles of the other CMS systems out there. It would need to use CGI/MySQL. No other languages accepted so don't say it'd be easier or cheaper to do this in PHP which in our opinion isn't quite a real language. The theme of this web site is "tutorials" and that's why we need a CMS built for it. The users have their own profile pages, can create tutorials in specific categories.. the admin accepts submissions and it posts to sites or deletes them. The admin can delete users and posts at any time along with move tutorials to a new section. Users are able to edit their submitted tutorials. Web visitors can comment on tutorials. You get the general idea. We'd need a simple workable template for our site with a very simple logo based on our URL and site offerings. More concerned about the site being developed than how it looks as long as it's easy to change. So give me bids and time frames and all details/questions you have. Our budget isn't large but we would like to make an agreement on pecentage of sales of the CMS after the project. Contracts can be drawn up. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Hopefully this CMS will be releasable so on all servers.
