Convert Perl Snippet to PHP, ASP & Maybe Python

I need this small Perl program called [login to view URL] converted into PHP (I started on the PHP file, but it is not done and has bugs in it), ASP, and if you do Python, I will give a bonus, let me know what bonus you think is fair. Try to keep all the variable names the same in the translations. The code for PHP and ASP must work EXACTLY the same way as the Perl. If you see any useless code in the [login to view URL], you can take it out, maybe like "$h->content_type('text/html'); $h->content_length(length($c));" I am not sure what that does... if you do take anything out that does not do anything, put a comment where you took what out. This job should just take a few minutes.
