Adjustable Image Creater using Photos --full explanation enclosed

I am in the process of creating an e-commerce website selling jewelry and diamonds. I want to create an application where the user can create their own three stone ring. A similar type of application is on this site: [login to view URL] I want the stones to be able to readjust as they do with the few mountings that are availble, however this application is flawed in several ways. 1. The largest size stone needs to be bigger 2. The smallest size stones need to be smaller 3. The mountings need to be from my inventory(The photos of the mountings may be pre-made, so the stone sizes would have to match with that) 4. The main #1 biggest problem is that it is not quite proportional. 5. I would like to change the selection of shapes. My idea of how to fix the proportionality problem is give exact measurements of each carat size of each stone and the measurements of a particular mounting(probably going to be one main design for the mounting which is the 3 stone ring) unless a better idea is brought forward. I am very open to hearing suggestions for how to improve this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
